That said, occasional leads may fall slightly outside your target area or campaign criteria. Rather than requiring you to review and dispute individual leads, we automatically include an additional 10% in leads with every order to account for this.
This built-in buffer ensures you’re fully covered without slowing things down, allowing you to focus on contacting prospects and writing business, not auditing leads.
How long does it take to fill an order?
Our priority is to deliver your leads as quickly as possible.
In most cases, orders are fulfilled within 3 to 5 business days on average. Lead flow can vary based on factors outside of our control, which means delivery may occasionally be faster or slower than expected.
If you ever have questions or concerns, you’ll have a direct point of contact who can provide updates and address the status of your order at any time.
Do you guarantee results?
While we actively optimize campaigns to maximize lead quality and volume, results can and will vary, and we do not guarantee conversions. Our responsibility is to deliver high-quality insurance-focused leads; performance ultimately depends on your response speed, follow-up consistency, sales process, and individual ability.
What is the average conversion rate?
Conversion rates vary based on factors such as follow-up speed, messaging, and overall sales process. While results are not guaranteed, agents who engage prospects quickly and consistently typically see stronger outcomes.
How do you generate leads?
We run all DIG Leads through Facebook and Instagram advertising platforms.
Do you provide free scripts?
YES! You receive the same DIG Agency scripts and training resources available to DIG Agency agents with the purchase of your leads.
Do I need a CRM to get leads? How can I access them without a CRM?
If you don’t currently have a CRM, leads can be delivered via email or through a simple spreadsheet so you can begin contacting prospects immediately. For long-term efficiency and better lead management, we strongly recommend using The DIG CRM. If you need a CRM solution, you can learn more at thedigcrm.com, and you can purchase our CRM at a discount at checkout when you purchase your leads.
How long does it take to get all of my leads?
Expect lead orders to take 3 business days to start, and up to 5 to 10 business days to fully complete. Rest assured we work hard to fill your order so you can get busy selling insurance!
Are DIG Leads exclusive?
DIG Leads are exclusive to the agent who purchases them for the first 45 days.
After 45 days, any leads not marked as sold may be relisted as aged leads. This helps us recycle unused inventory and dramatically reduce overall pricing, savings that get passed directly to you.
Here’s the key part that protects you: Once you make a sale, you can submit the client’s name in our system, and that lead is permanently removed and will never be resold. We'll include the link to submit your lead removal requests after you place your order.
Here's the truth: Most agents work the majority of their leads within the first 45 days, and rarely call older leads when there are fresher leads to work.
Since sold policies are removed from circulation, DIG Leads strikes a balance between:
