At DIG Leads, our goal is simple. We want to provide high-quality life insurance leads at some of the most competitive prices in the industry. We understand that for most agents, leads are the single largest business expense. Because of that, we built DIG Leads with a focus on helping agents get more opportunities without overpaying.
One of the key ways we accomplish this is through our lead resale program.
Why We Offer a Resale Program
When we created DIG Leads, our mission was to keep lead costs as low as possible while maintaining strong quality. Through our own experience inside DIG Agency, as well as conversations with thousands of agents, we’ve found that most sales happen within the first 30 to 45 days after a lead is generated.
In reality, very few agents consistently work older leads beyond that timeframe. As agents continue purchasing fresh leads, older ones often go untouched. Because of this, many agents prefer lower-cost leads and more opportunities rather than paying a premium to keep leads exclusive indefinitely.
Our resale model allows us to reduce overall costs while still providing strong, high-performing leads.
How the Resale Program Works
All leads purchased through DIG Leads are exclusive to the purchasing agent for the first 45 days from the date the lead was generated.
After 45 days, the lead may be made available for resale. This does not mean the lead will automatically be resold. It simply means it may be offered again as an aged lead in the future.
This structure allows us to keep pricing competitive and continue improving our lead generation efforts.
Protecting Your Sales
One of the most important parts of our program is protecting your business.
If you make a sale within 45 days of the date listed on your DIG lead, you can submit the lead number through our system. Once verified, that lead will be permanently removed from future resale. This gives you confidence knowing that your client and your sale remain protected.
Please note that we cannot control whether a consumer independently fills out another form in the future or requests information elsewhere. However, we will not resell the original lead once it has been reported as sold and verified.
Abuse Prevention
To maintain fairness and protect the integrity of our system, we monitor the removal process. While we encourage agents to submit legitimate sales, we reserve the right to review removal activity.
If we believe the program is being abused or misused, DIG Leads reserves the right to suspend or permanently remove access to future lead purchases.
