At DIG Leads LLC, our mission is to provide fresh leads to help you grow your business. Because of the nature of digital lead generation, all sales are final and non-refundable. By placing an order on our site, you acknowledge and agree to this Refunds & Replacements Policy.

 


 

1. No Refunds

  • All purchases of leads, subscriptions, or related services are non-refundable once payment is processed.

  • We do not provide refunds for unused leads, subscription cancellations, or changes in your business circumstances.

 


 

2. Lead Replacement Policy

DIG Leads LLC does not offer lead replacements, refunds, or credits for any reason.

To account for standard variance in lead performance, DIG Leads LLC may deliver approximately 10% additional lead volume beyond the quantity purchased. This overdelivery is provided in lieu of any replacement obligation and fully satisfies DIG Lead’s delivery requirements.


 


 

3. Subscriptions

  • By enrolling in a subscription program, you are committing to a minimum of 3 weekly payments for leads at the order amount indicated.

  • Subscriptions cannot be paused, canceled, or altered.

 


 

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may only be considered if required by applicable law or if DIG Leads LLC, in its sole discretion, determines a refund is appropriate.
